A Love Story Six Years in the Making
Hailey and Steven’s love story began when they were just 16 years old in their high school Spanish class.
“We were seated next to each other in two out of four seating arrangements that year,” Hailey recalls. “We became friends, and eventually, we started dating. After a few years, we spent three and a half years apart while serving missions for our church. But when we reunited, it was as if no time had passed at all. Nothing beat the feeling of being in his arms.”
Their love has only grown stronger through the years, and on their six-year anniversary, they finally said, ‘I do.’
A Sentimental Proposal on Main Street in Park City
Steven’s proposal was straight out of a romance movie! He chose to propose in one of the most sentimental places in their relationship—Main Street in Park City.
“We had our first date there in 2018 and have returned every year on our anniversary to take pictures at the same doors,” Hailey shared. “It’s always been a special place for us, so it was the perfect spot for Steven to pop the question.”
