Stevie and Brody’s love story began in high school, where they met in Debate class. They didn’t hit it off at first. Over time, their friendship grew into something deeper.

“We are high school sweethearts, but we definitely didn’t like each other at first,” Stevie recalls with a laugh. “After spending so much time together. We eventually fell in love. We’ve now been together for 11 years. Although we did take a one-year break. Looking back, I’m so grateful we found our way back to each other.”

A Beachside Proposal with a Magical Twist

Brody’s proposal was straight out of a fairytale. The couple was on a trip with friends to Orlando’s Harry Potter World. But Brody had another surprise planned. Knowing how much Stevie loves the beach, they took an off-day trip to Tampa to soak in the sun.

“We spent the day at the beach with friends. Then Brody took me to this amazing rotating restaurant with a panoramic view of the ocean. After dinner, as the sun was setting, we took a walk along the beach and stumbled upon a beautifully arranged picnic,” Stevie shares.

Little did she know, a photographer was waiting to capture the moment as Brody got down on one knee. Of course. She said yes!
